When being patient pays off.
Two days ago I received my second black friday order, which was delayed because of the QR2. So yeah, they are fulfilling these orders.
All in all I am quite happy with everything, however Fanatec needs to start shipping large orders in a single big box...things can easily get "lost" during shipping. I also hope you start using DHL or Schenker because UPS just sucks.

Im in Canada, we get USPS/Canada Post which have been pretty reliable once its in their hands.

Just out of curiosity when did you order ?
I am in the US and ordered podium dd1 wheelbase with ClubSport Steering Wheel RS and QR2 combo on Nov 22. Only thing not in stock was QR2 which was preorder until Dec 15. My order went to "handed over to warehouse" status on Jan 8 and been nothing but crickets ever since. Hoping fedex with msg me I have a package on the way like they did for my previous fanatec orders. Crazy just how unresponsive this company is when a customer contacts them and how if they do respond its very generic email with no actual information on a person's specific order. Be nice if they posted regular updates so people felt like they actually were making progress and not running off with their money.
My order starts with 181xxxx. Anyone order a DD1 Qr2 around Nov 22 that has actually had their order shipped?
i ordered a qr2 wheel side and base side on nov 28. Haven't herd a peep either. order has said in progress since i placed it. from canada
This wont make you happy, 25th of November...but I am in the EU.
Check you order on the website, something might be out of stock. They only ship when all items are available.
UPS seems to be the only option here in the EU.
