Rally Module Problem - Unintended encoder actuation

Having an odd issue with a new podium rally module. If no buttons have been pressed for a minute or two, any button press or encoder actuation results in all encoders registering actuation.

Example, lights are bound to one of the buttons, TC and ABS bound to separate encoders. Hit the button for lights and it works, but TC and ABS go up one value. It is not relegated to a specific sim, the actuations are registering in the fanatec control panel as well during troubleshooting/testing outside of any games/sims.

v455 driver package, all firmware up to date, connected to a podium hub, clubsport DD wheel base.

Thoughts? Ideas?
