Too much delay, lets file bankrupcy

By EU law, we can file bankrupcy. Maybe we should with a group, Im sick of waiting this lomg and nothing else works. I have a lawyer at hand.

First off all, dont agree on a money back if you did a black friday deal, if anything they should refund the full price. Second they say they send out based on order, but we all know others get the stuff within 1 week. So they lie here.

So what to do?

I agree, we should file a group bankruptcy. I bought so much Fanatec I'm broke 😂

Save your money that your lawyer will want - likely that Fanatec's suppliers or their banks will beat you to it.

A better bet would be to file a chargeback via your payment provider.
