DDPro 8NM started smoking, got REALLY hot and shut off -

Hello,

I was playing Assetto Corsa Competizione and started smelling something burning (like eletric fire smell). Just a few seconds after that my wheel stopped working, blue light flashing and when I touched the wheel to see if it was it, it burned my hand!!

The wheel is not working so I tried to open a ticket on the website but when I try to add my serial number, it says Article not found! But the serial number for the boost kit and all my other products worked fine...


I tried to contact fanatec but got no answer and their chat sucks.


Does someone know what should I do if I cant open a ticket throught my wheel?

    Open a ticket using the boost serial number and explain everything there, that is what I would do. At least, you have a n open ticket. I don’t think they read regular emails, their customer support is the worst in the industry. With an open ticket, you’ll get a response but it could take about a week to a month for them to reply.
