csw 2.5 qr1 question

i have recently purchased the dd2. previously i had the csw 2.5

The dd2 came with the qr2 which is now in use,

i now have the original but brand new base side from the dd2 left over.

can anyone tell me if it is possible to put the base side from the dd2 onto the csw?

    Don't believe you can replace the shaft in a CSW v2.5 at all currently, certainly not the one from the DD2, but I think Fanatec announced they are developing one for the CSW 2.5 (QR2 I suppose).

    No qr2 support for csw 1,2,2.5 or csl elite
