BMW GT3 Wheel - Received with QR1 and QR1 USB Update Cable

So the website mentioned when I ordered it that it will come with QR2 and QR2 Compatible USB Cable. I received QR1 and QR1 USB firmware update cable. I created a ticket with sales but no automated message that they received it. Tried to create the ticket again, same, no message. Is this normal? It's been 10 days since I created the first ticket but no response from fanatec (not even an automated one). Any suggestions?
