Fanatec not giving UPS correct Shipping info for UK deliveries
This is the second time ordering from Fanatec and once again, they haven't provided UPS my shipping details.
I'm having to contact UPS and correct the mistake myself, which causes a 5 day delay to delivery.
This is unacceptable.
What if I had no way to contact UPS? Would I even get my order? Or would it get sent back as they didn't provide any shipping info?

That isn’t good. For the first time I had an email from fanatec with a track and trace system for my order
i thought that was a sign that things are improving for U.K. deliveries.
I may have just been a lucky one but I placed a order on the 11th Jan and it turned up on the 23rd! I didn't get any emails from Fanatec or UPS though!! I had to keep my eye on the Fanatec order page / Tracking with reference in UPS. This was also to the UK.
My order has been stuck in Hamburg awaiting shipping details since 21st November. Ive given up at this point and gone over to Moza
if you go moza then probaply go straight r16 or the r21, those in general are the moza better products

I already bought everything before Christmas so too late. I ended up with an R9 as I wanted a smaller wheel base anyway. The bigger bases looked like toys
well, i todo some background search about those. they are in general better than they low cost r3, r5, r9, r12
