Voucher code 25% not work
Voucher could not be found or is no longer valid is the text appear when i put the voucher in the shopping cart. in the mail my voucher works to 31 may... fanatec is ridicolous. Anyone with the same prblem?

25% Voucher code is same for all and has worked fine for me.
I have the same problem I just sent an email to support
you get only a voucher when you cancel your order in december last year. some people think they can keep the order and get the 25%. Or cancel now and still get 25% voucher. It was a time limited offer from fanatec to resolve the situation. If your order is canceled in that time frame you should get the voucher. If not contact support maybe it´s a mistake
I canceled on time and they sent me the email, and a few weeks ago I checked and the voucher was enabled. Now the error appears. I hope FANATEC can resolve it to make the purchase I had in mind.
The voucher has arrived but not works in the mail is valid until 31 of may, Fanatec please correct that
The code doesn't work for me either. And yes, I received it by email due to the cancellation of the steering wheel. You can really start to lose interest. Probably won't work again until the DD bases are sold out.
I have the same problem. Tried to oder from Fanatec on 02th of february. Please correct that Fanatec.

Same problem with me. I have the email with the voucher but for some reason i can not use it. I just opened a case with support team and i am just waiting.
I think something is going on with their website and can not "read" the voucher....

Same here i got the mail for the 25% voucher and they said in there that it should work until mai.
I still cant use it and don't understand because yesterday i got a new mail telling me that they "fix" it but still doesn't work.
I open a ticket to the support and if someone have answers i would be glad to know more about it !

They just answered me that the correct code is: VOUCHER25_V25X in my case already worked
