US DD+ order now ready to ship, how about the preordered customer?

Now it is ready to ship at US site, however, preorder at Jan 24 need to wait till 28 Feb but not ready to ship? @Fanatec what is FIFO? Should you ship all preordered first? It is a non sense arrangement and policy and make ppl not to preorder any product again. If I have not used the 10% voucher, I must cancel the order and reorder again😡

I've been waiting since mid-october, if you order today I am certain you will get it before I will
take your order number and use it as a reference number with the shipper, i found mine it was shipped on the 10th and coming in tomorrow

Here's a little more detail on how to track your order with just your FANATEC reference order number. Go here: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
Click the "Track by Reference". After you enter your reference number in the first field, enter as much requested subsequent information as possible. In my case I entered "country" then my "ZIP". From there, FEDEX was able to track my package. Fore reference, I had placed my DD Plus order in mid-October. It's arriving tomorrow. =)
I'm not excusing FANATEC, but I do understand their current plight. Their warehouse logistics and ERP systems are not syncing in real time. Sadly, that is not a quick fix depending on what systems they've partnered with.
have tried month ago. no information show except a graphic showing on the way. Same as today check.
