CLUBSPORT DD + NO Tracking Number !!

I have an order 177xxxx, that has been Handover to Warehouse for over 7 days with no tracking number or reference number for fedex. The pre-order was completed on OCT 21st at 11:18am. I do see the Fanatec Clubsport DD Plus is available to ship if I were to order another one and do Overnight Shipping. Should I call my credit card company file a dispute for a product not received and just get another one to jump the PRE-ORDER's ??

    well my parts manager at my job his wife searched all incoming texas shipments to me job and found a 27 lb box the wait is over
