yes and no, after i activated Paypal, i get a return label and the support is accepting a refund which only solve the monetary part but now i`m 4 weeks with no Simracing and no solution, i think next week i buy me a Moza 16v2 to bring this nightmare to an end!
Today I received an email with the notice of a new order for a wheelbase and a new order appears on the website for €0.
I understand that they are going to send me a new one, we will have to wait to find out when they are going to send it, because for new orders I see that there are preorders for the 28th of this month.
Well guys here we are in August and the same issue with a new DD+ bricked. Non responsive no light at the power button and undetectable on the PC. They still have 455 on their website so over the months no solution to this. There is no way that there should be any way that someone can permanently do damage if they turn on or off AT ANY TIME. Just nonsense. An update can fail yes but good firmware/hardware can recover from that. Imagine the power goes off during an update. Sorry base buggered. Absolute nonsense. It's bad firmware/ hardware that causes this not the user.
Anyway I submitted a ticket for this but since requested a return and refund not just on the DD+ but on the entire order. Wheel pedals and everything else. I'm over it.

Imagine the power goes off on any device in the middle of a firmware update. It's always going to be in danger of being bricked.
NO not if it's firmware and hardware are designed properly.
