Can’t register product

Hi all more fanatec problems I have been in contact with fanatec through email although it takes on average more than a week to reply . I am trying to register my products as I have issues but it won’t recognise my serial number have even sensent pics to fanatec now they say my email is not recognised as having an account. !!!!!!! All my correspondence has used the same email since enquiry about product I think this is them trying to get out of honouring a gaurentee !!!!! What a shower of tossers I am at my wits end with them ‘this has been going on for months anyone got any suggestions?
