Refunds not possible?

Bought the CSL Pedals, they didnt work. so I asked for a refund. No response. Checked the refund policy, 2 weeks from receipt. its been 2 weeks today. How am i supposed to refund it on time, if theyre not responding?

    What matters is the date you sent the communication and not when they read it.

    If it's within the established period they can't make a fuss.

    Okay thanks, definitely will take some worries off my mind, but still they havent responded within their usual 7 day period so i am concerned if i can do anything about the refund

    On their website it states:

    "The original date you requested a return determines whether your order qualifies for processing. This may be relevant for you during times when we have a larger ticket backlog."
