Cancelled wheel order after 2 weeks without shipment or even a message from Fanatec. FRUSTRATING!

I really wanted the formula wheel and QR2 that I ordered, but Fanatec seems to really suck these days. After taking my money and waiting for 2 weeks with no word, I cancelled. Now I am concerned about the $1800 I recently spent with Fanatec and my original plans with going with a 100% Fanatec ecosystem. I really do not know what to do now. Do I buy from Moza going forward and mix up the 2 ecosystems? Really disappointed and frustrated with Fanatec. Is 2024 going to be the end for Fanatec? :(
