My order 1794776, placed on November 17, 2023, said that on November 28, 2023, my order was sent to the warehouse. I received a partial order, but I did not receive the correct item. I'm still awaiting specifically the "Podium Wheel Base DD1 QR2".
Also, a different order, 1894571, placed on January 9, 2024, had an update on January 16, 2024. Here, I was told that your warehouse was currently preparing my shipment. As of today, February 26, 2024, more than a month later I still have not received the order or tracking information. Upon reviewing all ordered items, I see a "QR1 Lite Wheel-Side" in the list. It was in stock when I placed my order, but I've seen several posts that this item can be holding up orders. If this is the case, can someone please manually review this and release my entire order without this "QR1 Lite Wheel-Side," please?
These 2 orders are nearing $5,000. Can you please look into these? I've contacted support but haven't received a human reply.
