Hi, i pay may order 12/02/24 , the money was taken from my bank account, but nothing appears in my fanatec account "orders", no e-mail either. Anybody knows whats going to happen with my money. Items still shows on my shopping kart. Thanks in advance

I also have the same prolem, I tried to contact support but they replied with a completely useless automanic email.
