Order returned to sender

Have anyone experienced a situation of the order being return to sender? I live on Portugal , and i have purchased some items, from fanatec, on the 11th of january. With the order status still on "Handover to wharehouse" , on the 17th of january, after checking for status updates, i noticed that my order was shipped and returned to sender. From that day on, i have sent several mails to fanatec, and the ONLY reply i had, on the 7th of february, to one of the emails, was asking if i could provide other address. I said "no" and asked what could be done to solve this issue. And had no more replies from them. This is ridiculous, i have received orders from UPS, FEDEX, DHL, GLS, etc., on my address, with no issues, from other providers. Does anyone had the same issue, and if so, how can it be solved?
