New GT DD PRO: fast shipment but defective wheel base? (violent oscillation and No Fanatec support)

hi,


after having used for quite a while a DD of a friend, I have decided to procure one via Fanatec.


The order was quickly shipped and delivered to my surprise!! Very well done.


Now the problem: the new base seems To have brutal

oscillation problems with each and every Xbox series X game (I use a McLaren Gt Wheel) I have used.


The funny fact is that until one week ago I was playin the same games, with the same setup on a GT DD PRO 8NM of a friend without ANY issue.


In Addition to that, it s impossible to get hold of Fanatec on the phone or per Email, so I have no chance but to escalate this to PayPal.

Before deciding to return the wheel, any hint form

the community on how this can be solved?

    Do you use the exact same FFB settings like on your friend‘s wheel base?

    First I would try to use the exact same driver and Firmware Like your friend and the exact same FFB settings. This way you really can compare.


    Usually increasing NDP helps.
