Where is my order?

I ordered a CSL DD Ready2Race bundle along with a table clamp and boost kit on January 20th 2024, it is now February 28th and Its still handover to warehouse since January 22th. I've sent many emails to them regarding the situation to them. What should i do.

    Hast du eine Nummer bekommen die steht in dein Bestellung auf der anderen Seite von deinen betrag.


    wenn da keine lange Nummer steht.

    kann es immer noch gleich kommen und sie haben es vielleicht schon losgeschickt.

    Mein tk Nummer und die mail kamen 2 stunden vor dem gelieferten.


    Sie hatten es schon weggeschickt

    und mir die Nummer spät zugesandt

    ja hatte ich auch das ist es dann und ich habe das storniert wo stand qr1l 21 nicht 26

    ich wüste da schon das es im Kanton ist .

    jetzt kannst du es stornieren und qr1l abwählen und Trotzdem dabei


    So jetzt zu dein Problem

    Also wenn da qr1l mit drin ist in deiner Bestellung ist.

    Wirt es erst versendet wenn es da ist .


    So stornieren kannst du aber auch nicht mehr so einfach da.

    Dein Status sich zu Übergabe ans Lager geändert hat.


    Stornieren könntest du aber wenn ... sein Kunden support nicht verbessert hat.

    Weil du musst jetzt eine mail mit Storno an fanatec Sendern.

    Wenn support da wehr .

    Würde ich es machen stornieren und neu bestellen.


    Bei denn beiden ist es mit bei obwohl nicht in der Bestellung angezeigt.

    If qr1 lite is “ not available”, then why are these ready2race bundles showing as available? These guys are coming off as greedy morons and I, for one, am seriously leaning toward revoking payment and going elsewhere. Been waiting almost 3 weeks, 2 e-mails asking for status have gone unanswered other than the mail bot with bogus information. “3 to 5 days to respond” my ass, it’s been over a week since I sent the first one…

    i believe me and you have the exact situation and I think its because they are currently moving to a different warehouse and the qr1 lite is the only product that has been affected by that move.
