Torque specs for DD Pro shaft clamp?

My QR began to slide away from shaft. The black clamp seems to be a common problem. Causing wheel disconnections. Can I get the proper Nm for this?

Maurice - May I ask how you ensured you apply 15NM and not less? I have a similar issue.
