Error with payment order could not be saved fanatec

Its been five days now since i bought the CSL DD Ready2Race WRC Bundle for Xbox & PC with one QR1 Wheel Slide (total price Cad$ 800) but the error message showed up (Error with payment order could not be saved Please contact our sales. [email protected]) after paying it with PayPal. I've been contacting them but they haven't answer yet about my order.

Anyone had this issue that took this long to resolve?

    Hi mate It takes about 7 days to reply. Because I had an issue with my order a while ago, and it took about 7 days to reply.
