Order #1921185 when will it arrive?
I've tried every possible route of getting ahold of someone at Fanatec or Endor America. I ordered two weeks ago for overnight. I've gotten no news, no updates, nothing relating to my order, all of which were items that were in stock when I ordered them.
If I had been given some kind of indication that it would take awhile, I'd be a lot happier. I'm starting to feel like you took my money with no intention of filling my order. I don't make a lot. I'm not poor, but this was going to be my only major purchase of the year for something fun.
I don't think I'm being unreasonable to want to know when I can expect my stuff. I was hoping it'd be here for the F1 opening weekend, but now that's probably a wash.
Please just get back to me, either via email, phone call, social media, or here on the forums. Better yet, print the damn shipping label already and send me the items I paid for.
