Wireless QR Firmware & ClubSport uni hub v2 Firmware update issues

I've been trying to update these two things but just can't seem to get anything going.

The base is the ClubSport DD+

I've also for the podum advance paddle on the hub and the two smaller top pads don't register at all, everything else works fine but i just a little lost with all this at the moment and could do with some help if anyone knows what i can do please

    This is a known issue in the firmware section. Start your base with no wheel on it. Open the fanatec control panel and it will let it update. If you have a wheel on and then disconnect it trying to do the update it will fail.
