Boost Kit no longer recognized in contol panel

After almost 2 years my boost kit for my CSL DD is no longer being recognized in the Fanatec Control Panel resulting in a 5nm output.

Power supply tested and is fine.

I have tried multiple drivers with no solution.

Has anybody had any experience with this issue and have a fix?

    Hi,

    I'm having the exact same problem, only showing up as 5nm in control panel. I have also tested the power output on the boost kit power brick and it matches the specification for 8nm. Also no luck with any drivers so far. I wonder if there's another way to check output.

    I have tested a second power supply as well as a second computer and still have the same issue. I'm pretty certain it is a software issue. Patiently waiting for Support to respond.
