GT DD PRO makes clacking sound

Just got my first ever Fanatec wheel and all was fine, but recently noticed the wheel started making a clacking noise when moving slightly up and down. It seems to come straight from the base or last shaft. Everything is tight. We all know how the customer support is so... Any ideas?

    Just to add, i can feel it when racing and it is affecting the driving. Turn the volume up on the vids to hear it

    I've seen this here a few times, unfortunately you have to send it in for repair.
