Failed CSL DD Drive base, literally up in smoke, NO response from Fanatec as of yet.
Unpacked my Fanatec shipment. Set it up. Working just fine. Within 2 1/2 hours, the CSL DD literally went up in smoke, blew that magic smoke out the back end. Disappointing Fanatec's equipment lasted so little time. I've already filed a report/claim through the my products page, in my Fanatec account on their website. That was 7 days. No response from them, except for the initial automated response. I'll take this as high up the food chain as I have to get this situation resolved. I'm far beyond disappointed with Fanatec's equipment and complete lack of customer service.
