Question about my cancellation.
I recently canceled an order and it fully canceled on the website but the charge from my card went from pending to completed as if I actually am going to receive the items. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a usual thing. It’s only been 2 days but it’s worrying. 1300 dollars isn’t a small amount of money to just be giving away.

Don't worry, if the amount has been debited, they will transfer it back in the next few days. But please don't send multiple emails and support tickets every day, then everyone will have to wait longer.

its usually 7 - 14 days if you've been informed of a change, its gone through, I'd just keep an eye out..
Mate ordered last month, noticed the qr1 lite issue, so canceled it then reordered and he got his refund and his new order within 14 days.
