Failed CSL DD Drive base, UP in smoke, Fanatec refuses to respond.

Got my order on March 8. Set everything up. Lasted 2 1/2 hours out of the box. They it died and blew smoke out the back. Emailed Fanatec that Sunday night. No response from them yet. I'll post here, and on twitter everyday till it's replaced. Day 9 (and counting). CSL DD base.

    They dont refuse to respond, they just need several weeks to do so atm.

    So just be patient and wait until end of March or so. They will definitely come back to you at some point.
