What's happening with the refunds?
I read people saying that they got their refund between 7 and 14 days. I've been waiting for over a month, and all I've received is an email telling me that when the warehouse department confirms the returned packages, they'll process it. How long does it take to confirm the receipt of the packages? I didn't even pick them up; I refused delivery
