Gran Turismo DD Pro Wheel Base (8nm) isnt in the center
So my problem is that my wheel is a little bit of so like it isnt in the center. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thats normal, not possible to fix.
Mine is about 3deg off to the right, I think normal for DD Pro unfortunately.
