This is getting absolutely insane. After reading page after page of everyone being so disappointed in the lack of customer service and or response is disheartening. I don’t know how this company can run like this. I have a feeling there will be a lawsuit at some point because it’s starting to seem like they’re just taking people money and just saying fuck them. Meanwhile Thomas jack-whatever is living his best life. Get it together fanatec. This is sad

    Waiting one month. Items listed in stock. 4-7 days. Ordered Xbox wheel and QR2 that I don't need (have one) just because QR1 listed Out of Stock. So why order not processed? :(
