Standard CSL Pedals with throttle and brake, brake is registering as clutch when depressed.

In the Fanatec control panel and in GT7 pedal calibration the brake is registering as clutch in both when depressed. So there is no brake in GT7. I don't have LC so there isnt a third pedal. I tried searching and most issues are when the third pedal is introduced which I haven't done.
