Repair needed

Been trying months to contact fanatec and can't. No matter what I try it never works. Support ticket, phone, email asking YouTube affiliates for help it doesn't matter. I don't know what to do. Much appreciated if anyone has any ideas.

    Join the line, I started a support ticket 11 weeks ago and nothing. This company are criminals and deserve all the negativity coming their way.

    Same here poorly made product with just as bad after sales service….. disgraceful
