How long has it been since you cancelled the order? I just cancelled mine a few hours ago, it also says in progress but now with red box on the left side of it
been well over 12 hours and it still shows in progress. Never received any sort of cancellation confirmation or anything. I just want my money back man
I cancelled 1 order on Monday 8th of April, and got cancellation confirmation email the same day, however to this day I haven't received the refund. Really hope I will get the refund asap..

They usually process the cancellations next business day (in Germany) and then you should have your money back a day or so later.

They finally cancelled my order! Shows as "Order Has Been Cancelled" on my "orders" page.
Time to see if they actually refund me in a timely manner... odds are slim to none. Took 3 full days to cancel my order.
I've already disputed the charge through AMEX, so we'll see.
