Tickets and return request have no confirmation!!!

I bought the CSL DD bundle and a week later I ordered the CSL LC Pedal. The pedal is defective the sensor is giving readings all over the place. It's stuck on 100% then not registering at all, then jumping from 10-80-5% and stuck again.


I opened a support ticket but no confirmation or ticket number, I asked for a return since it's a week old again no confirmation mail. How do I know they got my tickets?

If I dont get a response in a week im opening a ticket with paypal if that doesn't work I'm calling my lawyer, and I can guarantee in germany they will answer my lawyer, but at that point I want a refund for all my purchases from Fanatec.
