Has anyone had this issue? Universal Hub turning off DD1

I currently use a Fanatec DD1 on the current drivers. When I attach my Mclaren GT3 v2 rim I have no issues but when I attach my Universal Hub V1 the base inexplicably turns itself off. I can turn the base back on but then it shuts down as soon as I hear the USB sound in my headphones. I have tried using different USB ports and rolling back to previous drivers but I have no idea what to do next.

    Sounds like your Universal Hub V1 had finally died.

    V1 is really old now, been out of prduction for a long time. Most likely no way to get it fixed.

    Buy a new or used V2.

    Buying a new product is not an option right now. Even though its out of production I purchased it brand new in 2021 so it's odd and disappointing that this product will expire after such a short space of time.

    Fanatec has been selling the V2 version for a few years now.

    Not sure where you bought your V1 "new" from.

    You can always put in a support ticket and see what Fanatec has to say.
