DD Extreme Shaking at high speed

Was one of the first to get the DD Extreme bundle that was plagued with the random disconnects and freezes.

Installed firmware 457 and have been running it successfully for several days. No disconnects or freezes.

Playing GT7 on a PS5. Now I have an issue with the wheel shaking violently on long high speed straights. To manage this to a drivable level, I have my FFB turned down to 50% (7.5 NM). Even at 50% it still does it a little bit but I can live with it. To eliminate it altogether, I probably have to turn it down to 40%.

Its not as bad running the playstation wheel and more pronounced using the Formula wheel ( on a QR2) but it does happen on both wheels. Tried changing out both the USB cable and the USBC cable with no change. In game settings at 7 and 10.

Is this normal? Doesn't seem right.

    what is your steering angle?

    I am convinced the issue I have is unwanted oscillation. Messed around with the NDP and whatever it is below it and have it adjusted to manageable level with the ffb up in the higher range.
