Dd2 qr base side wire has disconnected from the short plug

Was uninstalling the dd2 qr1 base side and the wires from the short lead has removed from the plug on the base I tried to match the colours on the plugs to the qr but have had no luck, the base wires them selfs on the short lead is red,white,blue,green,yellow,black and the wires on the qr1/2 are red,brown,blue,green,yellow,black,if anyone has a picture or any help be much appreciated
