Clubsport f1 racing bundle

I recently bought the F1 racing bundle with the clubsport DD+. I noticed when connecting the Fanatec control panel, setting the force feedback strength to 100% it only register 9 nm, yet the specs say 15nm.
Am I missing something?

To have 15 Nm you must have 100 both FFB and FOR.
