Fanatec Clubsport F1 Bundle Problem

Hello,

As I received my Bundle yesterday I noticed it had some problems. So firstly, the wheelbase makes a weird sound and secondly, my pedals had been working with my DD pro and now they brake automatically, I have this issue now for a very long time, could you help me out please? Thanks

    The weird noise is propably a Coil Whine, which is normal for high frequency electroncis. Its like a static high pitch noise coming from the base itself.


    Most companys dont over a repair for it but Fanatec does, so if you want, send a Support Request to them explaining the Issue and take a video where its hearable. They will come back to you offering an RMA (Just to mention, the Support takes round about 3 weeks to answer but they have a new system so it should be faster now)


    For the Brake, what do you mean by they break automatically? Could it be that the input is just inverted (Pressed brake = not braking ingame)
