Wheelbase and brake issue

Hi,
I have a strange issue, when my wheelbase is turned on it activates my brake. The brake value keeps jittering on the fanatec control panel. My pedals are connected via USB and once i turn off the wheel base the brake reads fine and brakes smoothly.
Tried googling around and have only found one symptom with no answer on the forums.
Firmware
wheel base: 1.1.11.3
wheel base motor: 1.0.3.2
Steering wheel :47
Wireless QR: 6.0.1.1
Pedals: 1.6
I have also tried flashing the firmware and reinstalling fanatec software. Have swapped around USB ports for pedal and wheel base but still the same issue.
Anyone experience this before? Otherwise I may just need to raise a case to fanatec.
Cheers

Which wheelbase do you have? Are you on PC, or Console?
I'm on PC using the CSL DD with 8nm kit and CSL elite v2 pedals. Steering wheel McLaren gt3 v2.
If the interference goes away as soon as you turn off wheelbase, it's EMI.
Connect your rig near the pedal board, to the ground pin of your electrical system.
I've tried moving it closer - changing wall sockets and unplugging everything else. Even if i remove the steering wheel and turn just the shaft it still activates the brake. It has worked fine for almost a year since purchase.
