This is the message I get when I try to open my product information in the my product section of my account. my S/N now shows up but no information. Has FANATEC quit making the GT DD PRO. if so are we still going to get support for the system

No its still there, but as a Bundle only: https://fanatec.com/eu-de/racing-wheels-direct-drive-bases/racing-wheels/gran-turismo-dd-pro-5-nm
When you open it, its likely that it tries to open the site which only contains the GT DD Pro as a non bundle version which they dont have.
