GT7 Game Play using DD Extreme Wheel and V2 Pedals

Hi, Having issues driving any vehicle while using Wheel and pedals but switch half way in the game to using my controller and the cars drive perfect, have checked all in game and wheel/pedal settings, all seem to be fine. Its like and electrical fault or glitch as engine will die under acceleration, will rev up on corners under no acceleration, also experience engine splutter. Have updated to latest drivers and firmware but made no difference. Any idea what could be going on? Note it does it to any car even stock standard cars.
