dd+ extreme lifeless

I have a problem with the DD+ base that I bought on 22/05. Unfortunately, after only 3 minutes of use, the product failed. I tried to restart my base, but pressing the ON/OFF button has no effect. The wheel is connected with a few lights on, but the base is lifeless. I wrote to Fanatec support and sent a video last Thursday, but I still haven't received a response. For a new product, this is surprising.

    same problem as you and you will have to wait 3 weeks to get an rma response and send the base back to fanatec

    I have the same problem. I goes into setting mode but nothing happens/changes. I have requested (several times)a new unit and or credit. no response!!!

    Did you figure this out?

    I just tried to turn on my CS DD to find it dead, with no power LED on the base button, but the wheel LCD showing the white Fanatec F.

    Same problem dd extreme lifeless and has anyone here from Fanatec or any luck with a fix.
