DD Pro disconnect issues continue even after reseating the steering column
Hey everyone!
I've been facing intermittent issues with the wheel disconnecting (buttons, pedals and FFB stop working) for the past few weeks. I have the DD Pro with the boost kit. The issue is very random, some sessions it doesn't happen at all while during other it happens every few minutes. I primarily play GT7 on PS5. Fanatec software says I have the latest drivers for all the components.
Even though there was no visible gap between the base and the steering stalk, I still tried loosening the connection and reseating the column. Doing that didn't help with the issue.
Are there other things I can do to try and solve the problem? The fact it's so random makes me feel it's a software-related issue. The hardware connection feels totally solid. The pins on the wheel also look perfect!

Most likely need to update to Fanatec Driver v457 beta and FW updates to correct that issue (You can download it from the Fanatec Forum), its a known problem with some gear.

Thanks for the reply!
I did check Fanatec software for new releases, but it likely only shows stable builds, not beta ones. Will try to install the beta FW.
