Formula V 2.5 Vibration not working

I can't get the vibration motors to work, however when I test it on the Fanatec control panel it does perform the vibration test. I have read that there are people for whom it works on PS5 without doing anything, and other people for whom it does not work at all. Anyone with the same problem?
