csw 2.5 ffb test 1/10 strengh

Hello i have a csw 2.5 and when I do the ffb test it only shakes 1/10 barely noticeable of the usuale strengh. This startet some weeks ago and I found out that sometimes it works as usual but most of the times its just stuck as mentioned before. Tried downgrading drivers but seems the same, checked usb and power connections everything is fine. Could the Base be broken? and why does it work some times.

    For anyone having the same problems, i simply downloaded fanalab and could change the sensivity from auto to max nm and since then that accuring did not happen anymore. So i guess the Fanatec Driver forced auto strengh to 5 % and kept it there without me being able to change it.
