DD+ issues on Pc

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with my DD+.

the base worked fine but since today

when I turn on the base nothing happens no wheel rotation/calibration just the light goes on (red pc mod).

in control panal shows not connected and wheel base is in update mode.

but I can not install an updated and the update window just frezze.

and I can not turn off the base even when i click hundred times or for 5 minutes nothing happens.

please help
