CS DD+ Not showing up on PS4

Hi All, Ithe DD+ finally arrived after 6 months. There's a slight whistling/whine to it when it's powered on. My other issue is my PS4 is not registering it. I've tried changing the power button so it's on light blue as per the user manual. Doesn't do anything. I have the F1 2023 LE wheel. It's plugged in via USB at the front and have 455 drivers on the base.

Can any one assist?

    Did you pressed the Playstation button on the wheel to assign it to your playstation account?
