Hi everyone, can you help me understand how they manage the rma? I sent my defective DD+ and on Wednesday 26 June it was delivered to Fanatec. No email communication even in my account, today I see from the UPS app that they shipped an item. Is it a replacement product or do they send back the broken one? Thanks to makes me understand.

Solve the coil whine by changing PCBA, very standard act.
DD+ returned from RMA, perfect base! zero coil whine.
